Thank you for your request for feedback. We were considering providing one anyway.
1 Location very good
2 Name has to be changed on the walls up high. On the tall tower it still says Romance Hotel and we had to drive around the block a couple of times before we realised that Romance Hotel and City Hotel are the same.
3 Young man on duty at the front desk was very helpful and attended to all our request
4 Hotel needs serious maintenance, things are falling apart and fittings were often worn or broken.
5 Breakfast staff was surly.(appearing to be not happy to be in their job, unfriendly)

If we were to return to Szeged, we would not book there again.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
